The Knives that are being managed here are from the land of origins of Japanese knives, Sakai in Osaka, and  Seki in Gifu, created by the Japanese craftsmen.

The Knives are then inspected by the cutlery in Nagoya and are imported from the official route.

The makers are such as a  Suisin, Miura, and Zanmai, etc...

These knives are displayed at Tanto Japanese Restaurant and Hi tools.
